The Blue Sea Red E Series Battery Switch Single Circuit 9003E is engineered for reliable power management in inboard gasoline or diesel engine setups. Designed to switch a single battery to a single load group, it offers robust performance with a 350 amp DC continuous rating and capable of handling intermittent loads up to 600 amps. The switch can endure a 1,200 amp DC cranking load for 30 seconds, supporting systems up to 48 volts DC. Its durable, reinforced polycarbonate case is corrosion-resistant and can be mounted on either the surface or rear panel for flexible installation. Tin-plated copper studs accept 3/8"-16 (M10) ring terminals and multiple cable connections up to 4/0 AWG, accommodating heavy-duty battery cables with ease. Precision-engineered to fit most standard Perko and Guest battery switch hole patterns, it measures 3.85 inches in diameter and 3.097 inches in depth. The switch meets rigorous marine standards, including ISO 8846 ignition protection, UL 1500, SAE J1171, and UL 1107 for electrical power switches, and is CE certified. Ordered a Piranha Propellers Complete A-Series 4 Blade Propeller from Macomb Marine Parts and even though we’re international, it arrived in just over a week — fast and reliable service. The propeller itself is a real lifesaver. We had the same model before, and after hitting a rock that damaged two blades, we were able to swap them right on the water and make it back to the marina without issue — something you simply can’t do with a regular aluminum prop. For peace of mind we decided to buy a complete new set (hub and blades) since an impact like that could cause hidden damage, but the system really proved its worth.

Piranha Propeller

I couldn’t find a Piranha propeller dealer near me in Canada but found Macomb Marine Parts who could deliver to me. The order process was smooth and I was even contacted via email for clarification regarding blade shape and they were very helpful in choosing the best shape for my purposes.
I can’t comment on the prop’s performance yet as we haven’t had the boat in the water yet.
