Blades are constructed of Electro-Polished 12 gauge (2.7 mm) laser cut 304 stainless steel with 1 in. (2.5 cm) turned up edges and a 5-degree taper on the inside, heavy-duty hinge with 1/4 in. (6.4 mm) diameter hinge pin.
